B.E/B. Tech any stream. Mechanical & Civil preferred.
Proficiency in Inventor/SolidWorks is MUST, and a relevant certification is preferred.
Minimum 0-3 years of work experience in the field utilizing extensive use of AutoCAD.
Swimming pool industry background preferred, but not necessary.
Proficient with MS Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint) applications
Must demonstrate strong math, attention to details, time management and multi-tasking
skills.
Self-motivated learner with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak season.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements
Effective written and interpersonal communication abilities is must
Achieve business targets by delivering high quality designs within stipulated time. Incorporate training and feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy. Ability to work in fast paced high volume production design environment Use existing tools and systems to design products Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and international teams Apply provided constructive feedback for personal development and growth Capability to work discreetly with highly confidential information such as reports, manuals and design Support business with working on Saturdays (paid extra) during peak business months.
