In our location in Pune, we have following position opened for internal applications:

Executive in the department of Engineering – All Functions in the team of Nishant Sekhar.

Job Tasks
• Responsible for nominating BHTC panel suppliers for new projects in line with QCD
tragets and ensuring released components in line with project time schedule.• Supply of budgetery offers for specific components to secure material cost calculation
during acquisition phase
• Organizing and leading Pre Sourcing Committees and Sourcing Committees in line with BHTC rules
• Dispatching RFQs including all necessary documents to agreed supplier panel, analysing and comparing supplier offers and negotiation of offers
• Follow up and ensure respect of time schedule to have released components available according project milestones.
• Managing all contractual topics around supplier project nominations, e.g. confidentiality agreements, nomination letters, adaption of tool contracts. Ensuring of supplier acceptance of all BHTC requirements.
• Prepare, negotiate and close development contracts with integrated suppliers.
• Managing of all BHTC systems and tools related to supplier nominations, e.g. order request (Banf), order, ISIR status follow up, acceptance, SAP data update, price dispute mgmt. ...
• Managing of all BHTC PEP activities related to project purchasing, e.g. detail purchasing time schedule, gate reviews.
• Leading supplier meetings related to project activities, e.g. project kick-off with SQE+Tooling Eng.+Mechanical Eng., supplier presentation of production and test concept, follow up meetings to ensure project milestones, escalation meetings in case of deviations, ...
• Managing modifications towards nominated suppliers during project phase.
• Support in budget planning and follow up.
• Support in cash planning activities.
• Handover to serial buyers after project closure including productivity reservoir list.
• Key user SAP
* Required Qualification
DME / BE Mechanical Engineering.
Experience - 6~8 years in Automotive industry.
Core Competency - Plastics, Sheet Metal, Casting, Painting & Laser etching
