Job Description

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Vietnam (FBVN) is a wholly owned subsidiary FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation which contributes multifunction devices (Multifunctional printers; desktop printers...); business document management solutions; digital transformation in various platform (cloud mobile on-premise) and graphic communication services.

• Ensure all documents, contracts are dealt with timely manner

• Support sales to work with all related departments (Customer Service, Legal, Supply Chain, Technical team...), customers for machine delivery

• Update and Manage CRM for all reports which are requested from line manager or marketing department

• Assist Sales, Customer Service team to get using index information form customers

• Assist exparts Sales, Line Manager to handle requirement, complaining from customers

• Support sale activities (promotion, customer gift, arrangement machine for lending or returning, ……)

• Assist Sales Manager and General Manager for all requests

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualification

• At least 01-year experience in multi-national companies

• Speaking Chinese is preferred

• Experience in Salesforce, CRM, Oracle is an advantage

• Ability to work under high pressure

• Fluent in English

• Good negotiation skills at different level in the organization

• Organized, reliable, self-motivated and confidence personality

• Interpersonal communication
