
The Execution planner is responsible for demand and supply planning activities to secure the short-term availability of finished goods complying with the company’s service standards, sales plans, allocation policies and IBP process. This role is critical for the affiliate business team to ensure operational sales plan is executed with needed operational discipline and to react appropriately to unplanned events to maximize sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
The role combines demand and supply planning activities to manage the execution horizon (0 to 2 months), for a portfolio of brands for the affiliate:
Report on Fill Rate and Shipment vs. Forecast on a daily/weekly basis to the affiliate business team, provide understanding of losses root causes and perspective on short term availability of finished goods products
Capabilities:
Ability to work within and across multiple functional teams, collaborating with Planning, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial stakeholders
