The Health Care Value (HCV) Execution Excellence team partners across the organization to identify opportunities, solve complex operational challenges, and implement sustainable improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and member and provider experiences. The team leads discovery efforts, business process assessments, root cause analysis, workflow redesign, implementation support, performance improvement initiatives and post project assessments. Execution Excellence consultants work closely with leaders and stakeholders to transform ideas into measurable outcomes while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
This role serves as an internal consultant and trusted partner to business leaders across HCV. The consultant is responsible for assessing operational challenges, leading discovery efforts, identifying root causes, facilitating stakeholder discussions, recommending practical solutions, and supporting implementation. Success in this position requires a balance of analytical thinking, relationship building, project leadership, facilitation, and continuous improvement expertise.
