Responsibility

1. Contribute in development of strategies and action plans to achieve business goals
2. Management of product portfolio and lifecycle
3. Plan, launch new product/components on timely manner with Marketing Mix implementation
4. Continuous fact-based business analysis for further improvement/corrective actions
5. Develop and empower sales channels with effective GTM sales tools/programs
6. Conduct market surveys to identify trends, competition and business potentials, collect market intelligence
7. Plan, execute marketing activities/promotional programs for business development/lead generation
8. Support sales channels as expert in the product portfolio
9. Plan & manage the supply and demand of product portfolio
10. Effective sales engagement for market feedbacks and driving business successes
11. Continuous process improvement toward achieving operational excellence
