What you’ll be doing

Visual Communication: 75%

• Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality visual designs for social media, campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Create, maintain, and brand identity elements such as logos, colour palettes, and visual guidelines.
• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and event collaterals.
• Support digital design needs including web banners, UI assets, and basic motion/animation when required.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards and maintain consistent messaging.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design direction with marketing goals.
  

Photography & Video Production: 20%

• Capture high-quality images for events, social media content, marketing campaigns, and brand usage.
• Assist with basic video shooting and on-site filming when required.
• Work closely with content planning and marketing teams to support campaign needs.
• Enhance images and videos with a strong eye for colour, consistency, and overall visual quality.
  

Ad Hoc Assignments: 5%

• Support additional creative and marketing-related tasks as assigned.
  

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Media.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in graphic design or creative roles. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Creative, high-energy, passionate and able to adapt quickly to changing production schedules.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, or CapCut is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity.
• Portfolio submission to strengthen your application (student or professional work accepted)
