
Sales Administration Support
• Manage sales documentation, including order processing and transaction records.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain organized records of all sales transactions and client communications.
Client Interaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure prompt payment.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and payments efficiently.
Accounts Receivable Management
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments and fees from clients.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with clients on overdue payments.
• Work with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Reporting and Documentation
• Maintain and update Accounts Receivable and Sales Administration reports on a daily, weekly, and
monthly basis.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports for internal terms
• Analyse financial data and prepare reports to provide insights for management decision-making.
• Ensure all reports are accurate, transparent, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, clients, and stakeholders.
Legal Sales Support
• Supporting the sales team to prepare legal documents.
• Review and prepare commercial contracts, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, and legal requirements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal, sales and finance team.
Tele Sales
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Leads generated through tele marketing.
• Handle objections professionally and handle customer’s requirement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team to maximize customer conversion.
• Meet and exceed target and KPIs.
