$550,000 guaranteed base salary (first year; J-1 applicants receive a 3-year guarantee)
$50,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year contract
Additional quality bonus up to 2.5% of productivity compensation

Supportive Team: Work alongside a seasoned pain management physician at a nearby sister hospital, offering cooperation and support to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.
Support: Access to strong OR, ICU, ER, and medical floor staff at DIMC, ensuring comprehensive, multidisciplinary support at all times.
Practice Model: Solo practice with exceptional collaboration, providing the autonomy to manage your caseload with full support from your colleagues.
Scope: A balanced practice with interventional procedures and medication management, allowing you to apply a variety of techniques in your daily practice. This is an exciting new service line at DIMC, providing the chance to build something from the ground up.
Practice Setting: Enjoy a 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient mix, offering a great work-life balance while still providing inpatient care when necessary.
EMR System: Fully integrated EPIC system to streamline patient care, allowing you to focus on what matters most – your patients.
Call Coverage: Shared call coverage of 10 shifts/month (per contract), ensuring reasonable time off while remaining available to provide excellent patient care.
