The Role

This individual will support the production scheduling group by managing and organizing production-related data within Excel and SAP. The person will work closely with the scheduling team to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency while supporting daily operational needs.

• Manage and maintain daily production reports using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Organize, manipulate, and reformat production data within Excel.
• Input and update production-related information into SAP accurately and efficiently.
• Partner with the production scheduling team to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with production-related data entry and reporting projects.
• Support scheduling and operational teams with reporting and data management needs.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional office, clerical, or administrative experience required.
• Very strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to organize and manipulate large amounts of data.
• Experience working within manufacturing, production, or operations environments is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
