What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform minor to non-complex residential rooter, drain, and plumbing service work
• Provide technical leadership, support, and guidance to Rooter and Drain Technicians
• Clearly communicate diagnoses, present honest repair or replacement options, and explain billing solutions directly to homeowners
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Complete digital work orders efficiently using company-provided technology
• Service calls across PG County and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For

• Sales or service experience preferred, particularly in Rooter & Drain or a related industry, but not required.
• Strong hands-on technical knowledge of residential rooter, drain, and plumbing systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support technicians in the field
• Excellent customer service, communication, and consultative sales skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
