Yes, you may operate equipment at times.
No, that is NOT the primary role at entry level.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Assisting excavation crews with trenching, grading, and site prep
• Shoveling, raking, cleanup, and groundwork
• Supporting utility and pipe installation crews
• Loading and unloading materials
• Operating skid steers, mini excavators, and small loaders when assigned
• Performing basic equipment inspections and maintenance
• Working outdoors in mud, dust, heat, rain, and changing conditions
• Traveling out of town during busy season as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to handle physical labor every day
• Positive attitude and ability to work with a crew
• Construction or excavation experience preferred
• CDL-A preferred but NOT required
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Valid driver’s license required
