Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and organised professional to support the review and quality assurance of examination processes and related documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with established guidelines and support the administration of review activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review examination processes and related documentation against established guidelines and accurately document findings using review checklists.
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain information and materials required to support the review process.
• Coordinate meetings with committees, subject matter experts, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate discussions and clarifications.
• Prepare review reports based on findings and maintain proper filing and documentation in accordance with confidentiality requirements.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for review-related activities and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or Diploma with at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and conduct preliminary assessments of compliance with established guidelines under supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and meetings.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines concurrently.
• Prior experience in educational, assessment, examination, audit, compliance, or quality assurance settings would be an advantage.
• Able to work onsite for at least 3 days per week.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Duration/working hours:

12 months contract (Jul 2026 to Jun 2027)

42 hours per week
