The Role
The EX Quality Assurance Analyst supports the delivery of accurate, customer-ready employee experience deliverables by performing detailed quality assurance reviews across Executive Presentations, reporting sites, and other assigned outputs.
Working closely with EX Analysts and Consultants, this role verifies that data, commentary, visuals, reporting configurations, labels, and formatting align with Perceptyx standards, customer requirements, and approved data sources. This role is ideal for a highly accurate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has an obsession with data integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Deliverable QA Auditing: Perform rigorous quality assurance reviews of Executive Presentations, reporting sites, and client-facing deliverables to verify 100% accuracy in data, consistency, formatting, and labeling.
- Data Validation: Cross-reference and validate data points shown in charts, tables, callouts, summaries, and narrative commentary against the Perceptyx reporting platform and approved source files.
- Commentary Review: Evaluate written text and summaries carefully to confirm that referenced metrics, comparisons, trends, benchmarks, and insights are fully supported by the underlying quantitative data.
- Platform & Site Audits: Conduct comprehensive reporting site audits within the Perceptyx platform to confirm configuration alignment, appropriate user labels, reporting clarity, and baseline consistency with project requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with EX Analysts, Sr. EX Analysts, and Consultants to resolve open QA findings, clarify data sources, and support the timely delivery of flawless customer materials.
- AI & Workflow Automation: Apply approved AI and productivity tools appropriately to streamline QA workflows, ensuring all automated outputs are reviewed, validated, and aligned with company standards.
- Risk & Pattern Tracking: Maintain organized logs tracking QA findings, outstanding questions, and approval statuses. Escalate delivery risks early and identify pattern trends to suggest opportunities for template optimizations and audit checklist updates.
What You Bring
- Technical & Review Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience auditing quantitative data, interpreting complex charts/dashboards, and validating written data points.
- Detail Orientation: An absolute obsession with accuracy, visual symmetry, and delivering superior, error-free results under tight deadlines.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Capabilities: Effective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple QA assignments simultaneously while under pressure.
- Communication & Diplomacy: Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills; able to surface inconsistencies and collaborate on solutions constructively and courteously across all levels of the organization.
- System Agility: High comfort level learning new enterprise reporting tools, backend platforms, and internal systems.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field (such as research, data validation, or analytics-related job roles) is preferred.
- Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range (Uruguay): 100,000 UYU gross monthly +
- Includes all statutory benefits required under Uruguayan labor law, including Aguinaldo (13th Month Salary) and Salario Vacacional
- Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
