Job Description

About Perceptyx

At Perceptyx, we’re on a mission to help organizations turn employee insights into measurable impact. Our AI-enabled employee experience platform leverages the science of listening, behavioral nudges, and predictive analytics to help clients elevate engagement, retention, and performance. We’re a team of innovators fueled by purpose, collaboration, and excellence — and we’re looking for someone who wants to play at the highest level.

The Role

The EX Analyst supports the delivery of assigned work across customer employee survey programs by building and configuring surveys in the Perceptyx platform, running standard reports/outputs, and preparing accurate, customer-ready deliverables. Working closely with Consultants and Program Managers, you will translate quantitative and qualitative results into clear PowerPoint visuals and summaries, perform quality checks, and support outcomes/impact analysis in alignment with Perceptyx standards and customer requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Survey Build & Configuration: Partner with Consultants to prepare survey materials and execute assigned configuration tasks, including setup of items, benchmarks, and trend structures in the Perceptyx platform.
  • Data Visualization: Export, clean, and structure quantitative data in Excel to create charts, tables, and visuals for executive-ready PowerPoint outputs.
  • Insight Synthesis: Support Executive Presentation development by drafting slide content and visuals that support the consultant-led storyline.
  • Qualitative Analysis: Organize and summarize verbatim feedback, identifying key themes and selecting representative comments to provide context to findings.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous QA checks across survey configurations, reporting outputs, and final deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy in formatting, labeling, and consistency.
  • Impact Analysis: Prepare inputs and visuals that connect employee experience insights to tangible outcomes like engagement, retention, and business metrics.
  • Project Support: Manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, maintain organized project files, and use approved AI tools to streamline drafting and analysis tasks where appropriate.
  • Collaboration: Attend customer meetings as needed to take notes and support follow-ups, while participating in internal knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field (research or data-related role) is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience using quantitative data to create charts and qualitative data to summarize sentiment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Detail Orientation: An obsession with accuracy and a desire to deliver superior, customer-ready results.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, diplomatically, and courteously at all levels.
  • Attributes: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, a "can-do" attitude to get the job done, and a willingness to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.

Our Interview Process & AI Transparency

At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.
  • Note-Taking: We use Metaview.ai to record and summarize our interviews. This allows our hiring team to focus on you rather than typing notes, ensuring a fairer and more accurate evaluation of your experience.
  • AI Disclosure: While we use AI to assist in summarizing interview data, all final hiring decisions are made by Perceptyx employees. We do not use automated tools as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting candidates.
  • Your Choice (Opt-Out): Participation in recorded interviews is voluntary. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded via Metaview, please notify your recruiter at the start of the session. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:
    • US: $70,000-$80,000 USD per year
    • Canada: $90,000-105,000 CAD per year.
    • Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; [401k/RRSP] matching; generous PTO and paid holidays; parental leave; and professional development budget.
