What your shift will look like:
Recover missed or failed deliveries during overnight operations.
Support drivers experiencing delays, vehicle issues, or route challenges.
Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company policies.
Load, unload, and transport products between warehouse, commissary, and customer locations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Communicate with dispatch and operations teams throughout the shift.
Maintain accurate delivery and incident records.
Support warehouse operations when recovery tasks are completed.
Ensure excellent customer service during all deliveries and interactions.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
Ensure all returned products, totes, and equipment are properly accounted for.
