About the role
For ourEVSE integration team in theCloudBusiness Unitwe seekexperienced IOT/ CloudSWTechnical Leaderwho will be able to work across multiple products toleadeffectiveproductarchitecture anddevelopment
Hands-on in various technologies,Mentor team of Engineers, on day-to-day duties as well as work with leadership team on strategic initiatives
Provide hands-on technical expertise to design, engineer, deploy, and deliver including driving improvements in technical architecture,standards,and processes.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management,Program Managementand Professional Services to ensure required technology upgrades/migrations/ and builds are well understood and planned into roadmaps.
What you will do
- Strong experience withbest-in-classsoftware engineeringpractices
- Good programming knowledge in a combination ofFront End and Hybrid Mobile Applications
- Expertise in Programming inJavascript Typescript
- Expertise in ReactJS / Redux, HTML, CSS and working with REST API integration with JSON, XML etc.
- Expertise in web technologies, design patterns and architecture principles
- Expertise in using AI tools for UI development, including AI-assisted component building, code refactoring, and automated unit test generation. Experience leveraging AI to enhance development velocity while ensuring robust testing practices and code maintainability
- Goodmobile app developmentexperiencein a combination ofNative and Hybrid Mobile Apps on either of iOS or Android
- Estimates, designs, code, and test applications using software such asReact, React Native, Hybrid and Native Mobile App
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and UI/UX design
- Familiar with HA/DR, scalability, performance, code optimizations
- Experience with working with highly performance and throughput systems
- Ability to lead, define, track and deliver items for a team of front-end engineers
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work on more than one project at atime
- Exceptional attention to detailand good communication skills
Who you are and what you bring
- BE/B.Techin Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- 4+years of solid software development experience
- Extensive knowledge of at least 1 cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP)
- Good knowledge and experience with Agile, TDD or BDD methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
- Understanding of software quality assurance and security principles
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate andworkacross team,functions,and geographies.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Bitbucket etc.
- Familiarity with backend development in Node, Spring, SQL, No-SQL etc.
- Exposure or knowledge in Renewable Tech companies
- Ability to workina fast-pacedenvironment.
- Experience with IoT based systemspreferred
