EVS Porter (EVS Laborer) – Harrah’s & Tropicana Laughlin

The EVS Porter plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our properties clean, organized, and safe for guests and team members. This position supports the Environmental Services (EVS) team by maintaining equipment, organizing supplies, and ensuring both public and back-of-house areas remain free of debris. Your efforts help create a welcoming environment where unforgettable experiences can happen every day.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, organize, and maintain all machinery used by the EVS department
• Label, sort, wrap, and prepare cleaning equipment, utensils, and chemicals for daily use
• Assist with receiving and organizing EVS and internal maintenance deliveries
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by addressing spills, debris, or hazards as they arise
• Notify EVS Attendants or Utility Porters when major spills or incidents occur
• Keep both interior and exterior property areas free of litter and debris
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the EVS Manager
• Consistently demonstrate Caesars Entertainment’s Family Style Service

Work Environment

• Casino and resort setting with indoor and outdoor responsibilities
• Exposure to loud noise, bright lighting, and secondhand smoke
• Physical activity including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays

What We’re Looking For

• Six months to one year of detailed floor or commercial cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Ability to effectively communicate in English with guests and team members
• Ability to read and write simple lists and understand verbal instructions
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be available for scheduled shifts
• Must be 21 + to work in this position
