Salary Range: $18.88 - $18.88 Hourly
Travel Percentage: NoneThe EVS Floor Technician will perform all necessary duties as follows.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deep clean and maintain facility, including the break areas.
- Vacuum the casino, including all assigned areas on a regular schedule.
- Shampoo carpets in the casino, including all assigned areas on a regular schedule.
- Spot clean and wipe down chairs and furniture in all assigned areas.
- Clean air conditioning vents in all assigned areas.
- Deep clean and scrub all assigned areas, not limited to restrooms and areas of the casino.
- Clean all windows as assigned.
- Remove cobwebs in all areas inside and outside.
- Must attend and be certified in all applicable training required.
- All other departmental duties as assigned.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- The minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21).
- Must have one (1) years’ experience in deep cleaning work.
- Must have basic knowledge of the use and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Understanding of health and safety codes, including knowledge of hazardous materials
- If driving is required for company business, must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through Eagle Mountain Casino’s insurance carrier.
- Able to obtain and retain a gaming license through the Tule River Tribe Gaming Commission.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is required to stand for entire shift, walk, sit, talk, and hear.
- Repeatedly required to reach with hands, arms, use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in a noisy and smoke-filled environment.
- The noise level is moderate to high on the casino floor.
- Exposed daily to flashing lights and ringing bells.
- Must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
