
Responsible for cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and grounds. Manages and oversees the operations of the department and staff on a daily basis.

• Maintains emergency procedures and equipment.
• Monitors equipment, utilities, consumption and performance of employees.
• Develops and implement energy conservation and awareness programs and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Oversees purchasing and inventory procedures.
• Writes reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. • Effectively presents information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers and the general public.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

• Provides direction and development of support staff and team members, resulting in strong self-managed teams.

• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• College degree preferred.
• 5 years cleaning experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software.
• Must have successfully completed Manager LAP
