Rotating ShiftReporting to the Supervisor Environmental Services*, Environmental Services, this position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, aiding in the prevention of cross contamination, controlling bacteria and odor, and sustaining an acceptable aseptic condition.
Pay Range: 22.00 - 28.65
REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Ability to communicate and follow written instructions in a fast-paced, team environment is required.
3. Ability to perform basic cleaning functions including the operation of a wet/dry vacuum and shampooer is required.
4. Knowledge of handling procedures for infectious and hazardous waste is required.
5. Experience in housekeeping in an acute care setting is preferred.
