Key Responsibilities •  Strategic Leadership Develop and execute strategic plans that align with our company's vision and goals. Inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence and drive innovation across all areas of responsibility. •  IT and Product Innovation Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions and innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement. •   Corporate Real Estate Oversee the management and optimization of our corporate real estate portfolio. Ensure that our facilities support our business objectives and provide a productive and engaging work environment. •  Payments and Card Services Drive the growth and development of our payments and card services offerings. Identify new opportunities and partnerships to enhance our product portfolio and deliver exceptional value to our Members. •  Electronic Services Lead the expansion and enhancement of our electronic services. Ensure that our digital platforms are user-friendly, secure, and provide a seamless Member experience.
