Job Location: Pittsburgh Corporate - Pittsburgh, PA 15203
Position Type: Full TimeThe EVP, Strategic Operations is responsible for aligning company-wide operational capabilities with the organization’s long-term strategic objections to drive efficiency, growth and sustained profitability. This role works closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, ensuring operation excellence across functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Identify, prioritize and implement process improvement, automation initiatives and operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Establish and monitor key performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress, diagnose challenges, and deliver actionable insights.
- Lead companywide strategic initiative that strengthens operational effectiveness and enables scalable growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to align resources, capabilities, and execution plans with overarching business priorities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment, accountability, and optimal resource utilization.
- Design and implement change management frameworks to support successful adoption of new processes, systems, and innovations.
- Translate performance data into strategic recommendations that foster continuous improvement and measurable results.
- Support long-term organizational growth through structured strategic planning and disciplined execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations or related field
- 7+ years in strategic or operational leadership role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred

Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- 80% sitting, 10% standing, 10% walking
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed remotely. The position involves computer and phone work.
- Required travel: 20%

There is limited radiation exposure during the performance of job duties when proper protocol is followed. Employees are required to use personal protective equipment.
