Job Description

Within the Eramet Value Office (EVO), the team responsible for monitoring operational performance and structuring improvement plans across the Group's industrial sites (including the ReSolution programme), you will act as the Group's key point of contact for operational sites. You will contribute to structuring, monitoring and ensuring the quality of performance reporting, as well as driving progress action plans, working directly with site teams, Group-level support functions and in close collaboration with Group controlling teams.

This role offers strong exposure to Group senior management, a cross-functional view of Eramet's worldwide activities, and a particularly stimulating work environment at the heart of industrial performance challenges.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Operational Performance Management

  • Design, structure and continuously improve the monthly and quarterly performance reporting packs ("EVO books") in collaboration with the sites and functions you are responsible for, providing a comprehensive and concise performance monitoring tool.
  • Consolidate these reports on a monthly basis and ensure their quality: relevance, completeness, consistency and reliability of the data submitted.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and early warning signals.

Driving Improvement Plans - ReSolution

  • Support the sites you are responsible for in structuring, monitoring and driving their ReSolution action plans (Operational Improvement Plan, Commercial Optimisation Plan, capital expenditure deferral, working capital management, etc.).
  • Propose, in coordination with sites, methodologies to quantify operational gains in financial terms, to be validated with Group controlling teams.
  • Track the progress of actions, identify blockers and escalate when necessary.
  • Support the identification of new actions to strengthen improvement portfolios and plans.

Leading One of the Three EVO Pillars

  • Lead and drive one of the three main workstreams within the EVO team: (i) overall responsibility for EVO books, (ii) global coordination and consolidation of the ReSolution programme, or (iii) monitoring the 90-day improvement plan of the Operations Division and its dependent functions.

Interface, Coordination & Continuous Improvement

  • Act as the preferred point of contact for the sites and functions you are responsible for on all EVO-related matters, and facilitate communication between sites and Group functions (operations, support, etc.).
  • Participate in Monthly Business Reviews and ensure follow-up on resulting action items.
  • Continuously improve the team's processes, tools (automated dashboards) and data consolidation workflows.

Profile

  • Graduate of a leading engineering school with a dual competency in management and business (engineering school + Master of Business Administration or equivalent complementary master's degree), or a business school graduate with a strong interest in industrial and operational topics.
  • Junior profiles welcome: end-of-studies internship, work-study programme or a first significant professional experience is appreciated. Prior exposure to an industrial, mining or metallurgical environment is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and financial analytical skills; ability to structure and synthesise complex, heterogeneous information; genuine curiosity for understanding the value chains of industrial sites in detail.

Key behavioural competencies:

  • Intellectual curiosity: ability to quickly get up to speed on highly varied topics (finance, operations, technical matters, health, safety & environment, human resources)
  • Rigour and reliability: attention to detail, respect for deadlines, quality of deliverables
  • Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to adapt your message to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Autonomy and proactivity: ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel with limited supervision
  • Team spirit: collaborative mindset, ability to work in a cross-functional project mode
