Job Description

The Leidos Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) and Controls Center of Excellence (COE) is hiring an experienced EVM Analyst to support enterprise projects, coach program teams, and ensure EVMS compliance. In this role, you will help us standardize EVM practices across the enterprise, analyze project performance to ensure success, and coach program teams during program startups and recoveries.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Baseline Management Establish and maintain EVM cost-schedule baselines, tools, and reporting.

  • Analysis & Forecasting Conduct variance analysis, develop recovery plans, and manage ETC/EAC forecasting.

  • Compliance & Reporting Prepare IPMDAR deliverables and maintain system alignment with audit standards.

  • Program Support Coach Control Account Managers (CAMs) and participate in IBRs, PMRs, and DCMA Joint Surveillance Reviews.

  • Continuous Improvement Recommend new processes and maintain eCAM notebooks for tracking program performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience BA/BS with 12+ years of experience, or a Master's with 10+ years of experience.

  • EVM Expertise Expert knowledge of EVMS, scheduling processes, and customer reporting (IPMR/IPMDAR), and integration of EVMS and risk management.

  • Project Controls Experience with WBS, IMS, work authorizations, baseline change control, and root cause analysis.

  • Security US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tools Mastery of EVMS tools like OPDEC IPM, SSI, and MS Project.

  • Experience Past participation in an IBR within a contractually required EVMS environment.

  • Communication Ability to brief executive leadership on cost, schedule, and program performance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
