Your Development
In addition to training, we offer an 18-month development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities. Our 4-tier development program will see you broaden your skills across multiple banking products to help enhance the customer experience, with remuneration increases for each tier you reach. We value the hard work our team put in to create an exceptional customer experience, so we want to do the same for you!
Work From Home With Us
These positions have been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated work area, and a connection to the internet, then leave the rest to us.
Our interactive “Hub” days will help you stay connected and engaged as a team, occur once every fortnight in our Perth office. You must attend these fortnightly hub days to connect and outside of this you can work from home.
