Kline Galland Home is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (NACs) for Every Weekend coverage. We offer flexible Day, Evening, and Night shifts, a supportive care team, excellent benefits, and a $1,000 signing bonus for eligible hires.

Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC) Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, and basic hygiene
- Perform basic patient care duties such as taking vital signs, observing residents, and reporting changes in condition
- Assist with resident mobility, including ambulation, turning, positioning, and range‑of‑motion exercises
- Provide compassionate, resident‑centered care in a team environment
- Additional duties as assigned

QualificationsRequirements include:
- Must work EVERY Saturday and Sunday
- Washington State Department of Health Certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA-C)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience as a nursing assistant
- Able to lift, move or assist patients using proper body mechanics
- Able to occasionally lift or push up to 50 lbs. and pull up to 100 lbs
- Caring and compassionate heart
