Overall purpose of job

Support the needs of the department, work cross-functionally to optimize operations to enhance warehousing and transportation efficiency, improve customer service satisfaction and order fulfillment rate.

Key responsibilities

l Coordinate supply chain resources from an end-to-end perspective in close collaboration with commercial, planning, and other departments to ensure goods are delivered to customers on time and accurately.

l Implement process optimization and LEAN operations to enhance warehouse and transportation efficiency, improve physical service reliability, and increase flexibility.

l Drive service process improvements, manage and optimize related systems, and develop digital operation scenarios through innovative ideas.

l Support cross-regional and cross-functional projects, actively participate in communication, provide insights, and ensure projects are launched on time.

l Prepare and support dealing with the audits from Finance, Quality/EHS and Security etc.
