  • Review routine, low-risk supplier agreements using approved templates and playbooks, escalating non-standard terms to Category Managers or Legal.
  • Coordinate contract review, approval, execution, and document retention in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, and administrative activities to support effective contract lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and communications among Category Management, Procurement Operations, Legal, Finance, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
  • Respond to routine category management/sourcing inquiries and route complex requests to the appropriate team members.
  • Compile procurement metrics, contract status, supplier onboarding data, and other reports to support business decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining procurement templates, documentation, and standardized processes while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency
