The Event Coordinator will support the Event Services Department by working closely with members of the team to assist in the execution of events through planning, coordinating and marketing. The Event Coordinator is expected to preform work as needed to run varying sizes of events across campus. Duties range across technical, professional and supervisory functions and may include skilled and semi-skilled tasks.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors Degree and two years relevent work experince in an event coordination capacity
OR
A high school degree or its equivalent plus six years of relevent work experince in a event coordination capacity
Preferred Qualification:
MS, MA, MBA
Experience and proven track record in working with event producers and event planners preferred.
