At Humand, we believe in the power of meaningful connections. Events are a key part of how we share our purpose with HR & Communication leaders around the world. We’re looking for a Events Specialist LATAM to help us identify, plan, and execute high-impact event participation across LATAM.

➡️ About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Events professional to plan, execute, and manage high-impact events that drive pipeline, generate qualified opportunities, and strengthen brand presence. This role will be responsible for, including sponsored events such as trade shows, summits, fairs, conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and award events — ranging from small prospect and customer gatherings to large-scale productions.

➡️ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality event experiences that elevate brand presence and create meaningful engagement for prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Planning, coordination, and execution of sponsored events, including exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, summits, and industry fairs, from concept through post-event analysis.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendor coordination, contracts, budgeting, shipping, venue management, and on-site execution.
• Track and manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Oversee event merchandising and branded materials, including sourcing, inventory management, distribution, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, sponsors, and external partners to support successful event delivery.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for sales teams and executives attending sponsored events, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and on-site support.
• Identify opportunities to improve event processes, scalability, and operational efficiency across the events program.

➡️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the events industry
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience organizing corporate events and/or tradeshows of varying sizes
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Successfully executed events on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Pipeline and revenue impact generated from sponsored events, trade shows, and executive experiences.
• Number of qualified meetings, opportunities, or customer engagements influenced by events.
• Attendee satisfaction scores and positive feedback from prospects, customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Operational efficiency improvements, including budget optimization, process scalability, and vendor performance.
• Seamless travel and logistics coordination for sales teams and executives with minimal operational issues.
• Consistent delivery of high-quality brand experiences across all event formats and regions.

➡️ Everyday task

• Coordinate daily communication with vendors, venues, sponsors, and event partners.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, and project trackers to ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead and participate in internal planning calls with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Handle travel logistics for sales teams and executives, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
• Track budgets, process invoices, manage purchase requests, and monitor event expenses.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, merchandising, swag inventory, and branded materials for sponsored events.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on event assets, presentations, signage, and promotional materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all event touchpoints.
• Solve last-minute operational issues quickly and proactively during event planning and execution.
