As an Events Setup Staff member with Concordia Language Villages, you’ll help create welcoming, well-organized experiences for guests attending events at our Bemidji site. This hands-on, on-call role supports events from setup through cleanup, including preparing event spaces, assisting with food and beverage service, and making sure guests have what they need throughout an event.
You’ll work alongside staff from Client Services, Culinary Arts, and the Distribution Center to help events run smoothly and safely. The schedule is flexible based on event needs and may include evenings and weekends.
We’re looking for a dependable, organized team member who provides great customer service, communicates well, and is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, able to manage multiple tasks, follow directions, solve problems, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
