  • With support from our marketing technology team, oversee the event technology ecosystem and ensure tools (e.g., Cvent) support program goals, measurement, and attendee experience.

  • Ensure all events meet Vialto's brand standards and deliver a consistent, high-quality attendee experience.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for event execution, engaging the Head of Global Creative & Events for strategic decisions or high-impact issues.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics across the events portfolio.
  • Deliver post-event insights and recommendations to leadership.

Event content, communications and stakeholder management

  • Lead the development and execution of event content strategies that align with business objectives, audience needs, and the overall event experience.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify session topics, shape agendas, and develop compelling event programming.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers and internal stakeholders, guiding them through content development, presentation timelines, and event deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end speaker experience, including briefing materials, presentation reviews, rehearsals, and onsite support.
  • Develop and maintain content production timelines, ensuring all presentations, session materials, and supporting assets are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Partner closely with creative, brand, digital, content, and campaign marketing teams to coordinate event communications and ensure a consistent attendee experience across invitations, registration journeys, event websites, onsite materials, presentation templates, mobile apps, and post-event follow-up.
  • Draft and manage event communications for speakers, attendees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Review and edit presentation content to ensure consistency with brand and editorial standards, messaging, and audience expectations while partnering with the Head of Global Creative & Events on overall event experience and creative direction.
  • Identify opportunities to create reusable event content and thought leadership assets that extend the value of events beyond the live experience.
  • Develop and manage sponsorship and partner engagement programs, including creating scalable pay-to-play sponsorship packages, defining sponsorship benefits, coordinating deliverables, and working with business stakeholders to maximize sponsor value and event revenue opportunities
