Job Description
About MORROW
MORROW is Singapore's integrated longevity destination - prevention, performance, movement, nutrition and recovery under one roof at 10 Coleman Street. Our flagship opened in August 2026 and has since been featured by The Business Times, Longevity.Technology and The Wellness Insider.
The role
Events are how many members first encounter MORROW - a clinical talk, a member dinner, a facility tour, a partner activation. We're hiring a contract Events & Sales Support Executive for six months to own that calendar end to end, and to give our membership consultants the support that turns attendance into membership.
Hands-on and varied. You'll be building the guest list one week and running the room the next.
What you'll do
Events (~60%)
- Plan and deliver the events calendar: partner dinners, clinical talks, activations, wellness experiences, corporate previews
- Manage venues, vendors, F&B, AV, collateral and gifting to a consistently high standard
- Own guest lists, invitations, RSVP tracking and personalised follow-up
- Build run sheets and briefing notes; brief clinicians, consultants and partners ahead of every event
- Run events on site - setup, guest reception, flow, issue resolution, teardown
- Report on attendance, conversion and spend against budget
Sales support (~40%)
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in HubSpot, including post-event capture and assignment
- Coordinate follow-up between consultants and attendees so no lead goes cold
- Prepare proposals, decks, collateral and pre-meeting briefs
- Support scheduling and confirmations for consultations arising from events
- Produce weekly reporting on event pipeline and follow-through
Stakeholder and project management
- Coordinate across clinical, marketing, operations, finance and external partners
- Keep multiple concurrent events on track with clear timelines, owners and status updates
- Escalate risks early, with a recommended solution

6-month fixed-term contract, full-time, on-site at 10 Coleman Street. Apply with your CV and a short note on an event you've run that you're proud of.

- Excellent client-facing manner in person, on the phone and in writing, with sound judgement around privacy and discretion
