Events Sales Manager – London Museum
This is an exceptional opportunity to play a defining role in the launch of one of London’s most anticipated cultural destinations. Opening in November 2026, London Museum will become a landmark venue for extraordinary experiences, world-class hospitality, and unforgettable events in the heart of the capital.
As Events Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of establishing and shaping the museum’s catering and events operation from the ground up. This is far more than a sales role — it is an opportunity to help build the function, develop lasting client relationships, shape standards and play a key role in creating a commercially successful and operationally exceptional events business.
Working closely with the Head of Event Sales and wider operational teams, you will take ownership of the catering sales journey from enquiry through to handover, helping define the guest experience while embedding ways of working that will support long-term success.
This role is ideal for an ambitious and commercially minded events professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing standards and being part of something from the very beginning.

A little bit about us
At Green & Fortune, we don’t do catering. We do moments. Memories. True hospitality from expert hands. Custom, quality, never cookie cutter.
Proudly independent and established in 2008, we bring nearly 20 years of successful events, strong partnerships, and countless moments of high-quality hospitality.
We are hands-on operators, creating tailored hospitality experiences across restaurants, cafés, bars, event venues, and workplace buildings in London.
Hospitality is about more than what’s on the menu. It’s about delivering the best experiences, the best produce, and the best moments to every guest. We are hosts, chefs, mixologists, and marketeers. Front of house and behind the scenes. Producers of unforgettable events and champions of London’s best suppliers.
We know hospitality is more than a job. It’s a lifestyle, a passion, and a vocation. That’s why we build teams who care deeply about service and take pride in creating exceptional experiences. Our team of industry experts supports and empowers every employee to grow and thrive.
Sustainability runs through everything we do, from gate to plate sourcing to reducing waste and supporting our communities. We cook seasonal, thoughtful food and care for our planet in the same way we care for our people.

A variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and event spaces within four iconic central London venues.
Since launching in 2008, Green & Fortune has established itself as an award-winning independent hospitality company operating across both retail and events. We operate in four iconic London venues Kings Place in Kings Cross, Sea Containers and Rose Court on South Bank and Central Hall in Westminster.
Hospitality is in our blood. Whether it’s a social occasion in our bar, a catch up over coffee in the Cafe, a dinner in our restaurants or a private party in one of our event spaces, we commit to making each visit a relaxed and enjoyable experience, delivered by people who care.
This attention to detail can be seen across the company. It is there in the green fields of our own farm in Northumberland, where we source all our beef and lamb. It is in the wine and drinks list where we work with many individual growers and producers.
