Job Description

Are you an administrative professional with experience in supporting marketing, sales, or events? We are looking to hire an Events Project Specialist. This person will support business impact by optimizing events and education initiatives, including tradeshows, retailer events, tours, and sales meetings. The Events Project Specialist will work closely with the Events Manager, Marketing, and Sales, and ensure opportunities are aligned with business objectives, always ensuring that brand standards are reflected.

This position pays: $60,000 - $72,000/year

• You will work a set schedule of Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
• This position is fully onsite for the training period, with an option to go hybrid after successful completion of the introductory period. Our US office is located in Monroe, WA.

A Day In The Life of an Events Project Specialist:
• Key role in the planning and execution of the Travel & Events (T&E) Program, including trade shows, vendor events, retailer tours, in-store activations, and educational events
• Coordinate event logistics, including mocking up event setup, materials, and product shipments
• Manage exhibitor kit submissions, secure booth space, education sessions, sampling permits, and required services (e.g., electrical services, material handling)
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of event-related orders
• Maintain and manage event supplies and demo program kits
• Handle all incoming travel and catering requests for the US Division including flights, hotels, restaurants and catering requests
• Responsible for coordinating hospitality requirements for events at the U.S. Head Office, including event setup, catering, displays, and commissary visits

What We’re Looking For From You:
• 5+ years admin experience, preferably within a marketing, sales or events environment. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years experience supporting marketing events.
• Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
• PowerPoint and Asana experience preferred
• Effective communication in the English language, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills, ability to reprioritize and follow-up
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in natural health industry, particularly dietary supplements, considered an asset
• Highly engaged team player who works effectively across teams and independently
• Calm and comfortable with change in a deadline-driven environment
