Now, they're looking for a Project Manager
to join the team someone confident, curious, and ready to take ownership of exciting projects while learning from senior peers.

Your Role

🔹 Plan and lead end-to-end event projects (live, virtual, hybrid)

🔹 Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers

🔹 Own timelines, budgets, and client communication

🔹 Translate client needs into creative, high-impact event concepts

🔹 Be a reliable point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in event or project management
  
  An organised mindset and love for structure
• Confidence in managing client relationships and event logistics
• Familiarity with agency life or fast-paced environments
  
• 
  Fluency in German and professional-level English
