
RMIT Vietnam is looking for an Events Production & Administrative Support Assistant to provide project-based support during peak event periods at Hanoi Campus, supporting major events such as Carnival, Teachers’ Day, Christmas, Staff Parties and Graduation.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail and a can-do attitude can make a real difference. The successful candidate should also be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event requirements.
This position is offered as a 6-month contract and will be engaged through a third-party provider.
Expected start date: Early August 2026

The Events Production & Administrative Support Assistant provides critical project-based support during peak event periods and high-demand operational seasons at Hanoi Campus. The role is activated primarily during large-scale event build-up and execution phases, where fast-paced timelines, overlapping priorities and intensive onsite coordination require additional operational capacity.
Working closely with the University Events team, the position supports event infrastructure setup, venue operations, logistics coordination and administrative processing for major institutional events such as Carnival, Teachers’ Day, Christmas and Staff Parties. The role helps the team manage high-volume workloads and time-sensitive event deliverables under demanding event conditions.
