Job Description

Ecommpay is looking for an innovative and dynamic Events Marketing Executive to lead our event marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of our sponsored and hosted events, leveraging your marketing skills to deliver professional and well-executed events achieving both brand awareness and lead generation.

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee collateral creation, execute lead generation campaigns, and be the on-site event representative. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that our events align with our marketing goals and are delivered within budget.

This role is perfect for a creative marketer with a flair for event planning and a passion for building brand presence through events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and ensure the success of online and physical event preparations and executions
• Manage relationships with vendors, organisers, and attendees including invitations, name badge production, ordering catering
• Manage pre-event, during event and post event communications
• Work with Content & PR team to create content pre-, during and post event including white papers, blog posts, landing page content, press releases etc.
• Work with wider marketing team to create and schedule social media posts, promotional materials, sales collateral, email awareness and lead gen campaigns ahead of each event
• Organise stand give-aways
• Manage on-site event presence and communications. Create WhatsApp groups ahead of events for communication during events
• Ensure smooth lead capture pre, during and post event
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan
• Prepare and brief the sales team and any other cross-functional teams ahead of the event
• Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting pre-defined goals
• Prepare post event debrief
• Maintain an events calendar and ensure sales are aware of key events in our target verticals

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Exceptional project management skills
• Creativity and an eye for detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with senior-level executives
• Willingness to travel for domestic and global events
• Diplomatic and a customer-focused approach
