Main purpose of the role & responsibilities in the business:
Our vision is to create a world-class business development and marketing capability for Kainos, fuelled by a diverse range of highly talented and motivated professionals working collaboratively and innovatively to ensure we continue our growth trajectory.
We do this via an open and supportive environment where colleagues can share information, learn from one another, and excel in their own career. With consistent ways of working aligned to industry best practice, we build sustainable and predictable sales pipelines for our market-leading offerings.
As an Events Associate in Kainos, working within the Campaign Activation team and reporting to the Events Marketing Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of global event programmes aligned to commercial priorities for the Workday Product Business Unit.
You will support the execution of flagship and BAU events including Workday tradeshows, industry events, executive events, and field marketing activity such as Workday Community events. This is an event coordination and delivery support role, helping to ensure events are effectively planned, activated, and followed up to drive brand awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, and opportunity progression.
Working closely with the Events Marketing Manager, Events Senior Associate, Sales, SDRs, Alliances, Sales Enablement, and wider marketing teams including Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Operations, you will help ensure strong alignment from event planning through to post-event follow-up and reporting.
You will use your organisation skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness to support high-quality event delivery, stakeholder coordination, and overall event performance.
