Events Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are seeking a creative and experienced Events Manager to oversee in-house events for a prestigious organisation in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing events for companies such as Emaar or family-owned businesses, and must possess a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in planning, organising, and executing high-profile events. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and execute a variety of in-house events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional experiences for attendees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and align them with organisational objectives.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and schedules, ensuring they reflect the companys values and vision.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure venues, services, and materials needed for events.
• Supervise event setup and execution, ensuring attention to detail and compliance with timelines.
• Handle event promotion, marketing, and communication to maximise attendance and engagement.
• Create post-event reports, providing analysis and recommendations for future improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring successful collaboration for all events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, particularly in-house events for reputable organisations such as Emaar or family-owned businesses.
• Proven track record and portfolio showcasing successfully executed events
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendors, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
• Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in high-profile or luxury events.
• Familiarity with the Dubai market and an established network within the events industry.
