Job Description

  • Manage the Events function and sales activities to achieve revenue targets through business development, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through sales visits, site inspections, proposals, negotiations, and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate closely with operational departments to ensure smooth event execution, service quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and support the Events team in achieving departmental goals and delivering a high level of client service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel Sales & Events, preferably in luxury hospitality or large-scale conferencing and banquet operations.
  • Strong leadership, people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of F&B, banquet operations, and event logistics, with a commercial mindset to drive revenue.
