Events Management Executive

The Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Events Management Executive to join our dynamic team! You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing impactful events from start to finish—bringing ideas to life and creating memorable experiences every step of the way.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Organize and execute events including corporate gatherings, galas, seminars, conferences, etc. ensuring a seamless experience for guests
• Coordinate all event logistics, including vendor and venue coordination, travel arrangements, and on-site setup to ensure smooth execution and high-quality delivery
• Manage and track event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning while also maintaining the quality
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables meet company standards
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop event concepts and promotional strategies that align with the brand and drive engagement
• Manage event-related gifts and printed materials to support branding and attendee experience
• Oversee on-site operations, troubleshoot issues in real time, and coordinate internal staff schedules to ensure smooth event execution
• Assess event success and collect feedback for ongoing improvement
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in event planning, design, and production, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges

Main requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business or a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically and take necessary actions
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
• Highly motivated and passionate, with a strong sense of integrity and a positive attitude in all situations
• Excellent time management skills, ensuring productivity in a fast-paced work environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic and results-driven environment
