Job:

Responsible for all elements of Event delivery within the Porsche Experience Centre, and to work with internal teams to assist in the management and delivery of all events.

This is a Placement Year position for a candidate currently studying an Undergraduate degree at university, seeking a placement for their third year. The role will commence in August 2027. Please ensure that you have read and understood the requirements of the role before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of conference, incentive, and corporate events.
• Conduct facility tours and assist with venue preparation, room set-ups, and daily operational checks.
• Prepare client proposals, budgets, and external invoices.
• Act as a key client contact before and during on-site events.
• Coordinate with various PCGB departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Produce and distribute event documentation, ensuring accuracy and clear communication across teams.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and support event planning activities.
• Maintain event logistics, booking systems, calendars, and records, ensuring information remains up to date.
• Input and manage data across PCGB systems, including Momentus and SAP.
• Support social media activity, monitor stock levels, and keep informed of competitor activity and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event attendees, and visitors to the Porsche Experience Centre.
• Manage internal bookings and training requests, while attending regular progress meetings and cross-functional sessions at Head Office.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Studying an Events Management or Marketing undergraduate Degree.
• Basic level of PC literacy, including MS-Office, Excel and Word.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Full UK Driving License and own vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in automotive industry and Porsche brand.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

The Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone is located at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire, with access via the A43 and close proximity to the M1 and M40 motorways.
