  • Manage exhibition bookings and assist with sponsorship sales.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors and commercial partners.

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels to maximise event attendance.

  • Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems.

  • Provide research, proofreading and administrative support to the wider editorial and events teams where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and thrives in a busy events environment. You'll enjoy working with people, managing multiple projects and taking ownership of your workload.

Essential Criteria

  • Ideally two or more years' experience within events coordination or a similar role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and use your own initiative.

Additional Requirements

  • Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle.

  • Flexibility to travel and attend events, including occasional overnight stays, early starts and evening work.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home following training).

  • 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.

  • Company pension.

  • Laptop provided.

  • Free on-site parking.

  • The opportunity to work on high-profile events across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

  • A collaborative, supportive and experienced team with excellent opportunities for career development.
