As an Events Coordinator – MICE , you will play a central role in bringing events to life, shaping concepts into memorable experiences, coordinating every step of the process, and ensuring flawless execution of every detail.
The positon will be based in Saint Ouen (Paris area)
Key Responsibilities
• Co create, plan & deliver large scale events throughout the year
• Craft compelling proposals and support pitch presentations
• Manage end to end logistics: transportation & all land services across France
• Coordinate suppliers before, during & after events
• Negotiate with partners to maximize value & impact
• Lead on site event operations
• Manage budgets & ensure accurate reconciliation

• Passionate about events & the hospitality world
• Curious, engaged, and eager to share ideas & insight
• A strong communicator with excellent writing & speaking skills
• Results driven and great at clear, structured reporting
• Able to prioritise, multitask & manage several events at once
• Skilled in coordinating diverse partners & suppliers
• Calm under pressure and strong against deadlines
• Ideally from a DMC background, with experience supporting international markets
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the MICE industry
• Full fluency in French & English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of France’s MICE landscape
• Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
• Meticulous attention to detail & a strong customer focused mindset
• Experience working with Asian markets is a strong plus
