Working closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager, Event Manager, Events Specialists and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in planning, marketing and executing events that support our members and partners.

This is a hands-on role suited to an energetic events professional who thrives on collaboration, creativity and delivering exceptional experiences.

  • Manage event logistics, budgets, invoicing, registrations and attendance reporting.
  • Produce event materials such as EDMs, webpages, registration portals and presentation decks.
  • Provide high-level administrative and customer service support, including handling event enquiries.
  • Support sponsorship fulfilment by coordinating entitlements, maintaining partner relationships and reporting on sponsored events.
  • Maintain accurate partner and lender contact data within Dynamics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure high-quality program delivery.

About You

  • Degree or Certificate in Events or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Active Campaign).
  • Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused and committed to excellence.
  • Willingness to travel interstate and work additional hours during peak event periods.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence is desirable but not required.

The Benefits

In return for your exceptional performance, you will be rewarded with:

  • A generous salary package.
  • Progressive leave policies; employee lifestyle benefits program; work/life balance; EAP; and a focus on learning & development.
  • The opportunity to develop your career with an industry leader.
