Job Title: Events Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and self-motivated Events Coordinator to support the logistics, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of automotive events.

You will work across multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, accurate information gathering, and strong on-the-day execution.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes initiative, identifies what needs doing without constant instruction, and confidently drives tasks forward from start to finish.

  • Coordinate event setup, stand preparation, branding, and materials
  • Manage event schedules, deadlines, and planning checklists

Engagement & Representation

  • Act as a confident and professional representative of the business at events (as required)
  • Engage with customers, suppliers, partners, and industry contacts in a professional manner
  • Gather leads, feedback, and key event intelligence
  • Support relationship building with new and existing contacts

Communication & Administration

  • Liaise with internal teams, external suppliers, and event agents
  • Maintain clear communication across multiple stakeholders
  • Collate and organise event data, attendee information, and feedback
  • Use multiple systems and platforms to track event activity and outcomes

Initiative & Ownership

  • Proactively identify upcoming events and opportunities
  • Take ownership of assigned events from planning through to completion
  • Problem-solve on-site issues independently and efficiently
  • Continuously look for ways to improve event delivery and engagement

Essential

  • Experience in events, automotive, marketing, or customer engagement roles
  • Strong communication skills, confident speaking and written communications to a wide range of people
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and events simultaneously
  • Positive, proactive, “get things done” attitude
  • Willingness to travel and attend events outside standard working hours when required

Desirable

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, event platforms, or data tracking tools
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Room to grow within a developing events and marketing function
