DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactivelysolicitingand attaining newcustomers anddeveloping currentcustomers.
Supporting the planning process for customers and channels
Analyzing trends and growth opportunities, and proposing theappropriate plansto improve sales
Submission of Monthly and Quarterly Sales Reportsby current / new customerby the 3rdday of each month
Assist BDM with daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracking
Managethe submission of allsales quotes,proformainvoices,requisitionsandpurchase orders inaspecified processtimeframeas outlined by operational standards
Securing customer ordersand ensure production and operations departments are notified of order requests no later than48 hoursbefore the event via email or WhatsApp mediums
Submission ofmonthly andquarterly Invoice and Requisition statusto Finance department
Timely and efficient management of all customer queries and customer invoice discrepancies
Strong customer relations are developed through frequent communication and the use of professional,courteousand ethical interpersonal interaction
Customer profiles are developed, and an effective trace system ismaintainedto include trace dates and references,in order tobest meet client needs, resulting in superioraccountservice and increased revenues.
Propose,customizeand support promotions for each customer/segment and track the performance assuring they meetobjectiveswithin budget
Conduct pricingsurveys andmonitor competitor activity as requested
Organizing staff for events including but not limited to Servers, Janitors, Event Supervisors, Bartenders and Chef’s
Booking Events including Catering, Equipment Rental, Decor and Staff
Organizing delivery, set up, breakdown and collection of the equipment
Conduct Site Visits with clients asrequired
Assistingwith the creation and execution of marketing Strategies for Events
Follow up with customers to ensure accountsReceivablesCollections are made on time and in full.
Analyze sales data and provide input and recommendations to business growth and service improvements.
Support all marketing initiatives,inclusive ofsocial media monitoring,postingand follower responses.
Record management and department filinga storagemanagement.
Liaise with operations, production,procurement,and other departments to ensure all clients’ needs are metin a timely manner
Coordinate all orders from current and potential clients both local and international which include but is not limited to Private Jets/petrol stations/ retail and convenience stores
Update business acumenof self and teambyparticipatingin educational opportunities; reading professional publications;maintainingpersonal networks;participatingin professional organizations,etc.
Oversee materials and inventory managementrelated to allaccounts under remit.
Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they aresubmittedfor payment
Any other duties as may berequired
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE
A minimum of 4 years sales experience
Associate DegreeFirst Degree in Management,Marketing,or relateddiscipline
