Job Title: Events CoordinatorLocation: Mountain View, CA, 94041Type: HybridShift and Hours: First - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM / Can be slightly flexible as long as 8 hours are workedDuration: 5/5/2026 - 9/4/2026 (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $21/-hr on W2.

As an Events Coordinator, you will assist with the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events.

Team Overview:

Will work with Center of Excellence (CoE) Team, directly reporting to WPE Director.
CoE team runs events, hospitality, amenities, transportation and shipping programs globally.

Resource's typical working day:

Check emails, slacks, meets with CoE / WPE Director for tasks and projects.
Coordinates / books vendors for events.
Manages payments and budgets as needed.
Organizes information in decks / sheets.
Supports as requested.

Must Have Skills:

Event coordination / planning (2-3 years)
Budget understanding
Worked in G-Suite
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice to have skills:

Managed complex events and large budgets, creative mindset

Years of Experience:

2-3 years minimum

Education:

Bachelors

Software skills:

Must have: G-Suite, Adobe Express

Nice to have:

Social Media / Reel creator, AI programs like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini
